LG has just announced the KC780 8 megapixel cameraphone, which may give stiff competition to Samsung’s new 8 megapixel cameraphone. Though the specs are not available yet for these phones, it is pretty evident that these are going to be high-end models with the latest technology.
It also is being claimed as the thinnest 8-megapixel cameras till date and apparently it will even beat Samsung’s M8800 Pixon. The phone may offer quad-band GSM support and also limited touch screen facilities. We can also expect cool features such as 30fps video recording and of course a very sleek and elegant design.

Dreams are what inventions and concepts are all about. If you had dreamed ever if a TV, a telephone and a media server could interact with each other, Toshiba seems to have the answer. However, it still is in a concept stage and will take a while for it to materialize.
In this new system, a media server will automatically download media files from the cellphone just when the user drops near the field communication or NFC. Later, the media files can be projected on a wireless HD 1080p TV. However, this being a concept, I won’t be able to swear by it. I could only swear that Toshiba always manages to pull it off, whatever the concept is, and most of its products are great success.
It would be interesting to see a product that lets all these three gadgets interact with one another and finally have a synthesized result.

After replacing the lid to the tank, it’s ready to be used.

The last time I played in a band, I had to do with the boring old amplifiers which looked like they acme out of Chuck Norris’ collection of vintage crap. However, I’m pleased to come across this uber-cool guitar amplifier, which doesn’t look like guitar amps but well, like a Heineken beer keg.
The reason it looks so is, well because it is a Heineken beer keg! Duh! A Tesla coil, which is a high voltage generator, was invented by Nikola Tesla. These coils make a beautiful display of sparks and of course, a hell lot of noise. These coils make a beautiful display of electric sparks but with 250,000 volts, it is enough to kill the inhabitants of an entire block. Scopeboy decided to build a number of things out of these Tesla Coils. He built am auto security system, and even let it play music and light up a room in the most bizarre fashion ever.
