Today, road casualties is the worst scourges that plague mankind. And worst of all is that many of the accidents we see on these roads outside are due to human error rather than mechanical failures. It is sad, but many people do not see this and continues to drive like crazy and often about the influence of alcohol. No less true is that it’s always difficult after a party and a few glasses of whether we are within the limit of alcohol in blood permitted by law.
