Audi has understood this unique traffic quirk and has developed a device called the Travolution that can make sure you are always at the signal only when the light is green and there is ample time to move across.

The in-car gadget lets the driver know how fast he or she must drive in order to reach the signal at the right time. The special transmitters connect to smart traffic lights 300 yards away and can be fitted to almost any vehicle. This device can actually reduce traffic congestion and snarls at signals, if all the vehicles had the sensors.

Well lets all admit that we’re all at least a little in love with the iPhone. If your clunky old Windows Mobile phone is just sitting around collecting dust, why not have the iPhone run on Windows Mobile? Well, the great news is that programmer has made it possible to create an iPhone Windows Mobile app which lets you make a choice about which OS to boot.

A Norwegian developer by name Erik Kristiansen has made an effort to get away with the Windows Mobile running on an iPhone. You may find the video of the OS to be booting on a 3G as well as convincing enough though it’s noted that the words and issues exchanged between the “reporter” and Kristiansen at the myPhone2008 conference is questionable.
