Cellphones That Could See Through Walls, In Theory

There have been a number of concept phones, which have been covered on this blog, but there couldn’t be anything like the one that we are going to reveal just now. The KDDI scientists have developed a concept phone that could see through the walls and in fact see through opaque surfaces.

The prototype was created using geomagnetic sensors, accelerometers, GPS etc. The device is equipped with high technology, which enables it to determine its own position and also render its surroundings on screen in OpenGL, which consists areas that are not visible. However this phone is still in a theory stage and has not been manufactured yet, even conceptually.

It would be interesting to see if the phone can really see through the walls. This definitely would be a great device for voyeurs who would like to kn0ow what goes on between the four walls of a room.
