talking towers

Interactivity is the buzz word today and buildings were the only static thing untouched by this phenomenon until the concept of Talking Towers came into being.

Designed by Bieling Heydekamp Klotsche Zelmer, this is an Interactive Video-Installation, which gives participants the power to modulate and move the particles with the help of a light stick. Following this, the moving particles are then projected on the newly built Kranhaus Süd in Cologne.

The installation is open to public viewing post August 16 during the “New Talents” Design Biennale.
