Samsung has announced one new smartphone, the F700. This phone is part of Samsung’s Ultrasmart series of phones and carries the fullscreen touch-screen interface that is becoming very popular as of late.

Be in love with it or Abhor it, you cannot disregard the Apple iPhone which is all set to change the set of laws of the game! Meet the Samsung Ultra Smart F700 which has a slide out QWERTY Keyboard and bears an mysterious resemblance to the iPhone when closed. Yes this one too has a touch screen user interface and expect many more phones in the future to join the touch screen bandwagon.

Other features found on the handset include: a 2.78″ color display, Bluetooth, VibeTonz technology and a “Drag and drop” touch interface.

Tagging the Ultra Smart F700 as just an iPhone rip-off would be wrong as the phone has some pretty incredible features to its credit. One comes across a 5 mega pixel camera with auto focus and the phone also supports High Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) network. Users can experience the joys of high speed net as HSDPA speeds can touch up to 7.2 Mbps.
